Has over 35 years of work and training experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry whilst serving at a national oil and gas corporation (Petronas) and at an engineering design consultancy (MECIP Global Engineers) – mostly in project management, process engineering, technical auditing, and mentor coaching. In complement he had also been a DOE-registered Subject Consultant (Chemical and Process Plant), a trained Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) auditor, and a certified Business/Executive Coach.
